Chief Happiness, Inspiration
and Positivity Specialist

Chips, our beloved miniature schnauzer, takes her role very seriously. Dressed in her signature fluorescent pink high-vis vest, she ensures safety standards are met while spreading joy to everyone she meets. A dedicated adventurer and toy enthusiast, Chips embodies E3’s innovative and lively spirit.

Operations Manager

With nearly a decade of experience, including as a venue manager for Throb Nightclub and the Darwin Entertainment Centre, Joshua oversees operations with expertise and precision. His deep understanding of venue logistics makes him a cornerstone of E3’s success.

Senior Audio Engineer

Asher is a nationally recognised audio engineer with over ten years of experience. A National Live Music Award winner, Asher’s expertise and calm demeanor make him a favorite among artists and clients alike. He holds certifications in sound production and live technical production, ensuring audio perfection at every event.

Dominic is a versatile technician with expertise in LED screen programming, sound mixing, and lighting design. With certifications in live production and a musical background as a saxophonist, he brings a unique blend of technical and artistic skills to every project.

Letitia is a multidisciplinary visual artist and dedicated professional with a background in audio-visual production and technical theater. Beginning her career in 2019 with CAAMA, Letitia brought her expertise to Mparntwe, Alice Springs, representing her Lama Lama and Kuku Thaypan heritage with pride.

Audio Engineer

Relocating from Perth, Zak joined E3 with over 10 years of audio engineering experience, including work at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Perth Festival. His adaptability and technical skills have made him an invaluable part of the team.

Audio Visual Technician

Raised in Arnhem Land and passionate about cultural engagement, Sam is a talented technician who excels in lighting rigs, band mixes, and vision switching. With a background in teaching and certifications in live production, he bridges technical expertise with cultural understanding.

A classically trained percussionist and Principal Percussionist for the Darwin Symphony Orchestra, Ingrid brings a blend of creativity and precision to E3’s productions. Her expertise has been pivotal in delivering major events like the Barunga Festival and Ord Valley Muster.
